Lease depth is defined as "The distance measured between the building window line and the building core wall’s exterior side."

Lease depth is one criterion in a WELL Feature. It is Part 1 of Feature 61, Right to Light.

Feature 61 addresses both lease depth and window access to encourage project teams to design indoor environments that provide building occupants with access to light and reasonable views to the exterior and outdoors.
